The Count Down Begins.........
It is only 5 days until we depart for China. We have had a slight change in plans. Instead of going to Huairou No. 1 School we will be visiting another school and site because of the swine flu outbreak. Students all met last Thursday and made over a 100 keychains for gifts. We are all scrambling to figure out how we can pack everything and still stay within our 44lbs limit. Most of the students have created their powerpoints except Mrs. Simonson. All of the students hopefully are sharing this blog with you and we welcome any comments you may have.

The weather in Beijing looks like rain while we are there. I would suggest a collapsible umbrella.If you get wet there will be very little chance to change out of wet clothes during the days activities. We should have the new itinerary for distribution on Thursday.I think the changes will be to every ones liking.If there is a need to call any of the numbers in China you do not need to dial "1" just start with the "011" which is the international operator.
